The goal of the Media Partnership is to reinforce the association’s position as an expert reference in logistics for exhibitions and events.
Already during the past two years prior to Covid, one of the main focuses of IELA was Education & Training for its membership. The association invested 250.000 CHF during this period and a particular emphasis was placed on the importance of OH&S.
IELA has displayed leadership abilities and excellence in its role as a very responsible pillar of the event industry. In its efforts to strengthen this role, IELA works alongside its membership in their everyday work and promotes a strong message towards successfully adapting to the New Now.
Last year IELA celebrated its 35th anniversary right at the start of the pandemic. Ever since this point in time, the association has stepped up activities to support its members and the industry, with online events like IELA RELOAD 1&2, Get Future Ready or Tailwind. Collaboration is of the essence as globally a gradual and safe return to business has been programmed.
The IELA Brand has received tremendous recognition from industry leaders, confirming its commitment to intensifying relationships on both a regional and local scale. This takes place in the form of partnership agreements based on content within the industry’s media. It is of utmost importance to share expert knowledge in order to support the safe reopening of the exhibition industry.
The IELA Media Partnership Agreement promotes a return to meetings and doing business face-to-face. Event professionals will have a closer and more detailed overview of the skills and achievements of exhibition freight forwarders. In turn, this will allow them to understand their own logistics needs in order to find their ideal partner for an assured success
