On Monday June 29th 2015 the winners of prestigious IELA Awards were named at the Gala Dinner at Clifford Pier. GBH Exhibition Forwarding Ltd, UK was named BEST DOMESTIC AGENT and Swiss Expo AG, Switzerland was awarded as BEST EXPORT AGENT, both honoured for their outstanding performance in 2014.
IELA´s annual Standards Survey is a unique customer service development tool that benchmarks our membe's performance. The surveys are aimed at improving the level of service IELA members provide to their customers and show organisers.

In addition, the Individual Merit Award was honoured to Robert Moore (Agility Fairs & Events, Australia) for his outstanding efforts for IELA.
