The IELA Operations Summit is the only dedicated forum for operational staff of IELA Member Companies to exchange ideas and experience and to pursue common goals in the industry, offering valuable perspectives on improving operational efficiencies, enhancing service standards, optimising worldwide relationships and increasing the bottom line.

Originally scheduled for February 13th-15th 2020, and strong with the experience of the IELA RELOAD Recovery Programme, IELA has adapted its training event to a digital format and will be driven by the added strengths which have been developed from the launch of the IELA RELOAD Recovery Programme.

The Education & Training Working Group has created a special calendar, offering 1-hour live sessions three times a week, on key topics like:

• Digitalisation of our Industry
• Digital Operations
• The Organiser Perspective on the New Now
• Rethinking best practice? The impact of Covid-19 on Operations

The participants will be divided into small groups according to time zone with a final group assessment on the topic ''Rethinking best practice? The impact of COVID-19 on Operations'' on September 29th.
